This area is adjacent to the kitchen with slate tiled flooring, solid wood cabinets, new black appliances to match the new black granite counter tops and a custom center island in case you want a buffet style meal.
A king bed with new furnishing, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom that has also been renovated with dual vanity and tiled shower enclosure complete the primary bedroom.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed with access to the second full bathroom in the main hallway. NO air conditioning.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.

Hi. The listing here describes a captain's bunk, but it is not pictured in the photos or listed on the bedding tab.
