This spacious and lovely remodeled 2 bedroom condo is located on the third floor of the building offering vaulted ceilings in the main living area and provides additional peace and quiet for guests during their stay.
The living room provides a wonderful spot for relaxation, featuring comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, a flat screen TV and access to the private deck with forest views.
The kitchen is aesthetically pleasing featuring modern cabinetry, new countertops, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for meal preparations. The adjoining dining area accommodates up to six individuals (extendable to eight) with a lovely table and chairs with easy access to both the main kitchen and open living room area.
The primary bedroom suite features a King-sized bed and a full bathroom equipped with new dual vanity sinks and a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and access to the second bathroom. Additionally, the living area includes a sofa sleeper that can accommodate two guests if necessary. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.
Situated less than 100 yards away from a stop serving most of the complimentary ski resort shuttles, you are only a few minutes away from skiing and snowboarding in the winter. This rental is conveniently located for a quick stroll to downtown Winter Park and main street with restaurants and stores and where the majority of festivals and events are held year-round. The main clubhouse is right next to the condo.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
