Great location
I only wish the fireplace had been working for the cold nights we had this weekend - otherwise it was a great location, lots of stairs to go up with luggage, but I also had a two year-old with me so that is just a preference. Family Fall Weekend
We had a wonderful time coming to Winter Park for our Fall Break. The girls loved the coziness of the living room to play games and relax and we loved the huge bedroom to sleep. Good location in Winter Park
Overall my stay was nice. However, one thing the property description does not mention is the stairs required down/then up to get to the unit. I had very heavy luggage and had difficulty getting it up to the unit. I didn't expect an elevator but the extra set of steps down was unexpected. The unit was very clean and very well appointed. The front outdoor furniture was nice. I would recommend this property for a single or couple who will have no problem navigating the stairs. The place was very nice. On a positive note the bed was nice and comfortable. The location is just outside of Winter Park resort. The condo was very clean and looked like it was sponsored by IKEA. And the squirrels are very talkative.John G from Colorado Springs CO - Posted: 9/21/2022

Great location!
Great location- walkable to the village and short drive to lots of hiking. The condo itself is very clean, well stocked, and modern decor (making for a very comfortable stay). We take an initial deposit of 35% at the time of booking and this is refundable to you less a 5% processing fee if you cancel prior to the final payment due date.
Once final payment is received all funds are non refundable.
