The main living room of this two bedroom two bathroom condo features vaulted ceilings, allowing ample natural light to filter in and creating a sense of openness. Renovated to perfection, our previous guests have consistently rated this condo as excellent.
The cozy couches in the living room offer a delightful place to unwind by the gas fireplace, watch a program on the flat screen TV or provide an additional sleeping space for the younger members of your group on the sofa sleeper.
The private deck accessible from the living room provides guests with a stunning view of Winter Park Ski Resort from this third floor unit.
Indulge in the fully refurbished kitchen featuring oak cabinets, granite countertops, tile floors, modern appliances and complimentary soft yellow walls to enhance the overall brightness.
The dining area is enhanced by a spacious dark wood table that can accommodate 4 to 6 individuals.
The primary bedroom features a King-sized bed and en-suite renovated bathroom with dual vanities. The second bedroom contains a Queen-sized bed, and the second full bathroom can be accessed from the hallway. There is no air conditioning available.
A parking pass is necessary for this unit - limited to one per unit.
The clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, a laundry facility, a lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, there is a meeting room and a self-catering kitchen area that can be rented for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to bring pets or smoke on the property as per the Homeowner Association rules. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found violating them will be subject to a 200 fine per day.

How close are you to the ski shuttle?
Answer:
The free town shuttle will stop at the end of the building's parking lot or you can walk the 2000 yards to the main street.
