The main living room of this two bedroom two bathroom condo features vaulted ceilings, allowing ample natural light to filter in and creating a sense of openness. Renovated to perfection, our previous guests have consistently rated this condo as excellent.
The cozy couches in the living room offer a delightful place to unwind by the gas fireplace, watch a program on the flat screen TV or provide an additional sleeping space for the younger members of your group on the sofa sleeper.
The private deck accessible from the living room provides guests with a stunning view of Winter Park Ski Resort from this third floor unit.
Indulge in the fully refurbished kitchen featuring oak cabinets, granite countertops, tile floors, modern appliances and complimentary soft yellow walls to enhance the overall brightness.
The dining area is enhanced by a spacious dark wood table that can accommodate 4 to 6 individuals.
The primary bedroom features a King-sized bed and en-suite renovated bathroom with dual vanities. The second bedroom contains a Queen-sized bed, and the second full bathroom can be accessed from the hallway. There is no air conditioning available.
A parking pass is necessary for this unit - limited to one per unit.
The clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, a laundry facility, a lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, there is a meeting room and a self-catering kitchen area that can be rented for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to bring pets or smoke on the property as per the Homeowner Association rules. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found violating them will be subject to a 200 fine per day.

Overall a good stay, 3.5 stars.Great location, 5 minute drive to ski hill. Easy to get around to anywhere. Clean, well kept and enough space for our family of 3. The place was very spacious and clean. Has some cooking supplies (salt, pepper, soy sauce, etc.), although was missing any sort of cooking oil, which would've been helpful! Excellent location
There is a Lyft transit service that was very easy to use to get to winter park resort or Fraser, if you don’t have a car. There’s also free parking. The condo itself was very clean and cozy. The unit is managed by Stay, so it doesn’t have the same feel as someone’s home, but they are responsive, flexible, and everything was very clean and as described in the listing. Excellent location. There is a Lyft transit service that was very easy to use to get to winter park resort or Fraser, if you don’t have a car. There’s also free parking. The condo itself was very clean and cozy. Great weekend getaway!
