Spend the evening sitting in front of your gas fireplace, watching TV in the living area. Easy access to the private patio from the sliding glass doors offer a view to remember from the first floor unit.
In the master bedroom, a Queen bed with TV and en-suite full bathroom and the second bedroom has 2 twins. Additional 2 sleeping spots are on the sofa sleeper in living area. A second full bathroom is in the main hallway. No air conditioning
Complimentary shuttle service on the free town shuttle which will stop a few steps from the unit. Guests can also take a short walk to the main clubhouse.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
