The primary bedroom features a Queen bed, TV and en-suite full bathroom. There are also 2 additional sleeping spots on the sofa sleeper in the living area. Please note that there is no air conditioning.
A complimentary shuttle service is available on the town shuttle, making stops just a few steps from the unit. Alternatively, guests can enjoy a brief stroll to the main clubhouse.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
