Spend the evening sitting in front of your gas fireplace, watching TV in the living area. Easy access to the private patio from the sliding glass doors offer a view to remember from the first floor unit.


A comfortable condo will make staying in the mountains even more enjoyable. The updated kitchen has new cabinets, counters, flooring and paint. You can interact with guest in the adjacent dining in area that will seat 4 people and additional spots are at the breakfast bar.


In the master bedroom, a Queen bed with TV and en-suite full bathroom. Additional 2 sleeping spots are on the sofa sleeper in living area. No air conditioning


Complimentary shuttle service on the free town shuttle which will stop a few steps from the unit. Guests can also take a short walk to the main clubhouse.


Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.


NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.

Good stay
We needed a quick place to stay and this place was on the route. No issues with anything but we were only here for 16 hrs. I was please with finding the extra blankets in a closet.

Very nice spot
Heater in master was broken. They provided extra blankets and a space heater that worked well but cycled constantly. If they fix heater, won’t be an issue. You will have to take out the trash yourself. Otherwise very clean and had everything we needed. They have a recycling sign so we separated but ultimately threw it all away bc the condo doesn’t have a bin. Maybe we were supposed to leave the recycling (does the cleaner take that?)

Thank you for your review and feedback. We are sorry there was a problem with the heater and we were unable to get it repaired. We are in the process of the repair for this and future guests. Yes the housekeeper does take care of the items that need recycling.

Great stay
The unit we stayed in (612) was clean and comfortable. It had all the supplies we needed, and loved that the unit had lots of hooks to hang up gear at the end of a ski day. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Amazing spot for a stay in Winter Park.
The multiple temperature settings for the room, kitchen, and fire place made it for a homey stay.

very nice place and great location
i walked to town in 5 minites and love the bus to WP that stops right at your door. love the fireplace and the open kitchen . plenty of goodies and coffee . cant wait to come back thank you
