In the updated master bedroom has in room bathroom with in-floor radiant heat, new tiled shower and tub enclosure with dual vanity sinks, a queen bed and TV. The second bedroom has a custom log-framed captain’s bunk (queen on the bottom and twin on the top) and the main hallway bathroom also updated with new tiled shower, vanity and in-floor radiant heat.
All guests have access to free Wi-Fi access, the free town shuttle and this unit is located in building 6 which is a short walk to the clubhouse. No air conditioning.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.

Rent again
The condo was neat, clean, very comfortable and nicely decorated. The unit is in walking distance of downtown Winter Park. I will definitely rent there again!
