If you are here to ski or enjoy the beautiful summer weather our location cannot be beaten - we are within a short walk to downtown Winter Park and about two miles to the Winter Park Resort.
You will have everything you need in this two bedroom two bath condo on the second floor with private deck and views of the Winter Park Resort. The deck is easily accessible from the living area where you can relax and enjoy the view, gas fireplace and flat screen TV. This area also has a queen sofa sleeper if you need an extra spot for guests to sleep.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, pots, pans coffee maker, microwave and 2 spots for seating at the breakfast bar. The adjacent dining area has spots for 6 persons and is open to the main living area.
In the master bedroom is a King bed, flat screen TV and full bathroom. The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds with TV. A second full bathroom is in the main hallway.
This condo is in building 6 of the 5 to 9 cul-de-sac only a short walk to the clubhouse. The free town shuttle stop is also nearby. No air conditioning.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
