This one bedroom one bath condo has everything you need - second floor, private deck and views of the Winter Park Resort. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and 2 spots for seating at the breakfast bar. The adjacent dining area has spots for 6 people and is open to the main living area. The deck is easily accessible from the living area where you can relax and enjoy the view, gas fireplace and flat screen TV. This area also has a queen sofa sleeper if you need an extra spot for guests to sleep.


In the master bedroom is a King bed, flat screen TV and full bathroom.


This condo is in building 6 of the 5 to 9 cul-de-sac only a short walk to the clubhouse. The free town shuttle stop is also nearby and a short walk to downtown. No air conditioning.


Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area are available to rent for a fee.


NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.

Your typical ski condo
Your typical ski condo with 70s decor but with convenient location to use for skiing at WP. Not much has been updated (carpet, bedding) but everything works fine. The indoor pool and hot tub are nice facilities.
