The large dining table is in the area adjacent to the kitchen and open to the main living area.
A gas fireplace is inviting on cool winter days and nights plus the occasional cool summer evening. All furnishings in the living room are a comfortable spot to also enjoy the flat screen TV and easy access to the private patio from this ground floor unit. The cozy couch also offers a queen sofa sleeper. No air conditioning.
The master bedroom offers a queen bed, flat screen TV and master bathroom with dual vanity sinks and tub/shower combo. In the second bedroom there are 2 twin beds and guest have access to the second full bathroom in the main hallway.
Guest will have easy access to the free town shuttle stop a few steps from the condo and a quick walk to the clubhouse facilities at the property.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
