A gas fireplace is inviting on cool winter days and nights plus the occasional cool summer evening. All furnishings in the living room are a comfortable spot to also enjoy the flat screen TV and easy access to the private patio from this ground floor unit. The cozy couch also offers a queen sofa sleeper.

A small family, couples or singles really enjoy this home away from home with a full kitchen complete with stove, microwave, fridge, pots, pans and cooking utensils are included making it easy to prepare meals or snacks. The large dining table is in the area adjacent to the kitchen and open to the main living area.
No air conditioning.

The master bedroom offers a queen bed, flat screen TV and master bathroom with dual vanity sinks and tub/shower combo.

Guest will have easy access to the free town shuttle stop a few steps from the condo and a quick walk to the clubhouse facilities at the property.

Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.

Fabulous location for Winter Park!

Large comfortable ski condo, not as beat up as many in Colorado. Pool and hot tub are in a Club House that you have to drive to but they are well maintained and with three hot tubs, weren't over crowded, even on a holiday weekend. Nothing except soap, towels, and one day of coffee at the condo so make sure you pack all the food items you need.

How far is the condo to the winter park ski resort base? Walking distance? Driving distance? Is there a shuttle to the ski resort and what are the times that the shuttle run?

Answer:

The condo is 2 1/2 miles from the resort. You would need to drive or take the free town shuttle. The town shuttle has several times - but the link here will help and you can download the app.
