The vacation rental has a new kitchen with pendant lighting, bright cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.
The open floor plan consists of a living room and dining room with table large enough to accommodate six. A plush couch and chair with fireplace finish up the living area with the couch turning into a bed at night to sleep two more people. It is also a wonderful spot to enjoy the gas fireplace, 42” flat screen TV and access to the private deck that offers views of the Winter Park Ski Resort from the second floor of the building. No air conditioning.
In the master bedroom, a King bed with large 32” flat screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of play in Winter Park and en-suite bathroom complete with tub/shower combo and dual vanity sinks. The second bedroom features two twin beds just ideal for singles or the kiddos. A second full bathroom is in the main hallway of the unit.
Only a short walk to the Clubhouse from this unit in the second cul-de-sac of the property and the free town shuttle stops is a few steps away.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.

Yes this condo is on the shuttle route and the free town shuttle runs once an hour. The overall ride is approximately 5-7 minutes.
