It provides an ideal space for meals preparation while allowing for engagement in conversations, as it overlooks the open layout of the room and is adjacent to the dining area, which includes a spacious wooden table and chairs that can comfortably accommodate up six individuals.
The primary bedroom is equipped with log furnishings for a Queen sized bed, a flat screen cable TV and attached master bathroom with dual vanity sinks and a full shower enclosure. The second bedroom includes a double bunk with a double trundle, along with a private bathroom, making it ideal for 4 singles or as a kid's room. Additionally, it offers bonus amenities such as a flat screen TV with access to Blu-Ray. Please note that there is a ring camera at the front door of the condo.
The property also provides easy shuttle access on the free town shuttle, and is conveniently located within a short walk to Beaver Village Clubhouse and downtown Winter Park.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
