The condo is nicely kept with an updated kitchen including new appliances, cabinets and counter tops. In the dining area a nice wooden table is surrounded by cushioned chairs that will seat up to 6 persons – a bonus feature for the dining area is an additional side window to let in bright light.
A leather couch and chair in the living room offer a comfy spot to enjoy the gas fireplace, flat screen TV and the private deck with a forested view from the second floor of the building and no air conditioning.
This Winter Park condo is ideal for families – Oh so much space! Extra bedding and comfortably furnished throughout.
Lots of beds in the master bedroom with two twin beds and a twin bunk bed – a dream come true for the kids. The second bedroom acts as the true master bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom. A second full bathroom is accessible from the hallway of the unit.
Located in the second cul-de-sac of the property, it is a short walk to the main clubhouse and the free town shuttle stop is nearby.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
