Description

A cozy sectional sofa serves as an ideal place to unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful outdoors of Winter Park. The living area is enhanced by a gas fireplace and a flat screen television, while the private deck on the second floor offers a serene view of the surrounding forest.
The spacious renovated kitchen features modern appliances, new cabinets and countertops, in the adjoining dining area, a sizable wooden table is surrounded by comfortable chairs and a bench, providing seating for up to six people.
This attractive and contemporary two bedroom condominium is the perfect escape, with hardwood flooring enhancing the modern furniture and mountain backdrop. Air conditioning is not available.
The expansive primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a flat screen television, and an impressive bathroom equipped with dual vanities and a tiled shower. The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV and a cozy sitting area.
The second full bathroom with new tile surround is situated in the main hallway. Additionally, a Washer/Dryer is provided as a bonus amenity for the unit. Building 8 is where the property is located, offering guests a convenient short walk to the clubhouse and free town shuttle stop.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

This unit is a great location in Beaver Village. There's a trail through the woods that leads right down to the Cooper Creek shopping area. Also, the yellow line stops right in the parking lot, so it's a super easy ride to the mountain, or into town. The place itself is super comfortable and well-appointed. The two bedrooms are spacious and both have their own bathrooms. Great setup for a family or two couples. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice, cozy condo! It’s close to shops and restaurants. We had an issue with the fireplace not turning off, but maintenance came and checked it out. It wasn’t able to be immediately fixed, but he showed us how to turn it off/on manually. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Outstanding rental

Loved the condo and how clean it was. The only issue I had it was advertised as Granby, CO and it was in Winter Park, CO. We wanted something close to Lake Granby and ended up driving almost 40 minutes to get to the condo. Other than location misunderstanding everything was outstanding. Highly recommend.

Great place

This was a perfect space for my husband and I to meet my sister-in-law and her infant. We appreciated the hangout space and that we each had our own bathrooms. Price and location were great. We had trouble with check-in as the code did not work for the house. Thankfully, we called the number listed and had a very helpful man who changed the code for us.

We go to Winter Park every summer and this was, by far, our favorite stay. The modern touches, cute décor, comfy setting were just what we needed for our little getaway. The furniture was cozy and the beds very comfortable. Our youngest fell in love with the hidden creatures on the fireplace mantel. We would love to come back here for sure.

Great property and location

Only issue was check in. they told us at the front desk that they didn't work with that unit. So we finally called the suggested number and the front desk lady answered. Then she looked up our name and realized that she was supposed to check us in.

This condo was beautiful and the perfect stay for a quick weekend getaway to Winter Park. The bus line to and from the mountain was great and there are quite a few bars and restaurants in walking distance. I would stay here again though!

Just as advertised

Very clean. Shower and Bathrooms recently updated. We had a small issue with toilet running but was addressed right away. The only real issue was the TV was difficult to navigate and would buffer from time to time. Would have been good to have some type of instructions to operate.
