Located on the 3rd floor of the building, guests can enjoy a wonderful forest and mountain views from the private deck and a quieter rental away from other guests.
The kitchen is nice and bright with updated kitchen cabinets, pendant lighting, new countertops, stainless steel appliances and fully equipped with all you need for making meals. The adjacent dining area offers sitting for up to 6 with additional bench seating and spots at the breakfast bar for a total of 10 place settings.
In the living room, you have a great spot to relax and enjoy the gas fireplace, 50” flat screen TV and access the private deck with views of the Winter Park Ski Resort.
The master bedroom suite has a Queen bed and full bathroom with new dual vanity sinks and shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a Captain's bunk (Queen bed on the bottom and Twin bed on the top) with an additional twin bed. In the third bedroom, 2 Captain's bunks (Queen bed on the bottom and Twin bed on the top) which is the best bedding for a group of kids wanting their own space. A sofa sleeper in the living area can also sleep 2 if needed. A second full bathroom is in the main hallway of the unit. No air conditioning.
Additional special amenities to help you enjoy your stay include: ROKU for living room and master bedroom TVs, yoga mat, foam roller, dumbbells, sleds, snowshoes, iron and ironing board, hair dryers, pack n play crib (bring sheets!), children’s dinnerware and bean bag chairs in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom as massage enabled. Located just steps from the free shuttle, you are minutes from skiing and snowboarding in the winter. During the summer this rental is a quick and easy walk to downtown Winter Park and main street where most of the festivals and events take place in the summer. The main clubhouse is a short walk from the condo.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
