The kitchen is aesthetically pleasing and well-lit, featuring modern cabinetry, pendant lighting, new countertops, and stainless steel appliances, fully equipped for meal preparations. The adjoining dining area accommodates up to six individuals, with extra bench seating and spaces at the breakfast bar, allowing for a total of ten place settings.
The living room provides a wonderful spot for relaxation, featuring a gas fireplace, a 50” flat screen TV and private deck overlooking the Winter Park Ski Resort.
The primary bedroom suite features a King-sized bed and a full bathroom equipped with new dual vanity sinks and a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed. In the third bedroom, there are two Captain's bunks each with a Queen bed below and Twin bed above, providing ideal sleeping arrangements for a group of children seeking their own space. Additionally, the living area includes a sofa sleeper that can accommodate two guests if necessary. A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the main hallway of the unit. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.
To enhance your experience during your stay, we offer a variety of special amenities, including ROKU devices for the televisions in the living room and master bedroom, a yoga mat, a foam roller, dumbbells, sleds, snowshoes, an iron and ironing board, hair dryers, and a pack n play crib (please bring your own sheets). Additionally, children’s dinnerware and bean bag chairs are provided in the second and third bedrooms, which are also equipped for massage use. The Wi-Fi speed is 400Mb.
Situated a short distance from the complimentary shuttle, you are only a few minutes away from skiing and snowboarding in the winter. In the summer, this rental is conveniently located for a quick stroll to downtown Winter Park and main street, where the majority of festivals and events are held. The main clubhouse is just a brief walk from the condo.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
