Situated on the 3rd floor of the Beaver Village Condominiums complex, this four bedroom three bathroom unit boasts vaulted ceilings that allow for plenty of natural light to fill the space.
The open floor plan is adorned with cozy furniture, providing an ideal setting to relax by the gas fireplace, watch TV, or take in the views from the private deck overlooking Winter Park Resort. The dining area is conveniently situated between the main living space and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, tiled countertops and wooden cabinets, making meal preparation effortless. Please note that there is no air conditioning.
The primary bedroom features a queen bed, fireplace and full bathroom. The second and third bedrooms also have queen beds. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds, while the living area includes a sofa sleeper, allowing up to 12 guests to comfortably stay in this unit.
A complimentary shuttle service is available via the free town shuttle, which has a stop in close proximity to the building, requiring only a brief two minute walk to reach the main clubhouse. Located a short distance from the shuttle, guests are merely minutes away from winter activities such as skiing and snowboarding. During the summer months, this rental offers convenient access to downtown Winter Park and Main Street, where most festivals and events take place. The main clubhouse is easily accessible just a short walk from the condominium.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
