The condo has a distinctive warm feel which everyone will enjoy and all the comforts of home and completed renovated! A nicely updated kitchen with newer cabinets, appliances and counter tops. The dining area will comfortably seat up to 6 persons and is included within the open floor plan of the main room.


In the living room, new furnishings allows for a great spot to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of your mountain vacation. A gas fireplace, flat screen TV, sofa sleeper and access to the private deck. The unit is on the second floor of the building which provides a view of the Winter Park Ski Resort and surrounding forest.


Ideal bedding for a family with a king bed in the master bedroom and one queen and one twin in the second bedroom. There are 2 full bathrooms in the unit – one in the master bedroom and the second in the main hallway. All linens, towels, dishware and cook ware are provided as well. No air conditioning.


A 2 minute walk from the condo guest can use the main clubhouse facilities and the free town shuttle stops at the of the walkway to the unit.


Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.


NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.

Nice but could use some updates
The condo was generally clean but the 2nd bathroom toilet wasn’t flushing all the time. And the kitchen has terrible pots and pans, and some melted utensils, and lack there of. The only frying pan was an old teflon pan all scratched and peeling which is hazardous to your health if ingested but we were stuck using it to cook everyday. Owner really needs to update the pots and pans and utensils. Other than that it was an overall nice stay.

Perfect!
Great location. We walked or used the free WP bus for all our activities. The unit was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed.

Wonderful Stay!
I've stayed here a couple of times - once with my family and once with friends. It was a great set up for both groups! The condo is clean, updated and comfortable. Winter Park is also a fun mountain town with great coffee shops, restaurants and activities. I definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect Getaway
We had such a wonderful time staying here! The place was cute, updated, clean, and cozy! It was the perfect place to unwind, with a great view from the back deck for reading or hanging out. The location is just up the road from great restaurants, coffee shops, and a movie theater/bowling spot. There are so many great options! We also have young kids, and we took a little “hike” by exploring the roads near the condo. The kids loved seeing the train tracks and the train pass by. I definitely recommend staying here!
