The condominium exudes a unique warmth that is sure to be appreciated by all, providing all the comforts of home. It features a well-appointed kitchen with modern cabinets, appliances and countertops. The dining area is designed to comfortably accommodate up to six individuals and is integrated into the open floor plan of the main living space. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.
The perfect bedding arrangement for either a couple or an individual utilizing a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom and includes one full bathroom. Additionally, all necessary linens, towels, dishware and cookware are supplied.
Within a two minute walk from the condominium, guests have access to the primary clubhouse amenities, and the complimentary town shuttle halts at the end of the pathway leading to the unit.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

We got upgraded to a different condo due to maintenance & it did not disappoint! The view was beautiful, the balcony allowed me to connect with nature bc the beautiful fall trees were surrounding the area. I drank my coffee & worked by the fireplace in a really unique & cool fireplace. I cannot wait to stay there again! Highly recommend.
