The dining table accommodates up to six individuals, while the living area boasts a cozy couch and chair, complemented by a fireplace. This third floor condominium, featuring vaulted ceilings in the main living space, is ideal for families, couples and individuals alike.
The primary bedroom is equipped with a Queen-sized bed and a complete bathroom. Additionally, the living room features a sofa sleeper that can accommodate two more guests.

The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
