This rental has all the amenities that you need for your vacation – a fully stocked kitchen with dishware and cook ware ideal for cooking meals, the dining table seats up to 6 people and the living area features a comfortable couch and chair with a fireplace. Families, couples and singles will enjoy this condo on the 3rd floor of the building which allows for vaulted ceilings in the main living area.
The master bedroom has Queen bed and full bathroom. An additional sleeping spot for 2 is available on the living room sofa sleeper.
Enjoy the views of Winter Park Resort from the private deck off the living room and the free town shuttle service. No air conditioning.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area are available to rent for a fee.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.

The front desk staff was wonderful at check in. The unit could use a new bed - felt like sleeping on a board and needs pans that you can cook on. Otherwise great unit, loves the decor & family photos.
