Exotic jewel tones on the walls in the living area along with furnishings and accessories in the same warm rich tones, you can enjoy the gas fireplace, flat screen TV and a private patio from this ground floor unit. No air conditioning.


The master bedroom has colorful walls accenting the custom furnishings, flat screen TV and full bathroom that has been remodeled with new vanities, counter tops and shower enclosure. In the second bedroom there are 2 twins with flat screen TV and a second full bathroom in the hallway.


Unique and colorful 2 bedroom condominium is close to downtown and minutes from Winter Park Resort on the free town shuttle. This unit is in the 10 to 11 cul-de-sac of the property, only a short walk to the clubhouse and free town shuttle stop.


Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.


NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
