Relax and enjoy the flat screen TV and gas fireplace – perfect for a cozy evening. Guest can also access the private deck from this room to enjoy the forested view off the second floor of the building.
The dining room area compliments the open floor plan and holds a large solid maple dining table for meals and is adjacent to the kitchen area has everything you need from a full fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave as well as all flatware, dishes and cookware are also included making this a dream to cook! NO air conditioning.
Each of the bedrooms have a queen bed making for an ideal rental for 2 couples or 2 singles. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. Additional bedding can be found utilizing the queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There are two full bathrooms in the unit.
Complimentary shuttle service on the free town shuttle which stops a couple of steps from the entrance of the unit and this unit is in the upper location of the property and 3 minute walk to the clubhouse.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
