Additionally, there is access to a private deck from this room, allowing guests to take in the serene forest view from the building’s second floor.
The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, making it an excellent choice for couples or singles, and is equipped with a flat screen TV. Additional sleeping arrangements are available with the queen sofa sleeper located in the living room. The unit includes one full bathroom.
A complimentary shuttle service is available on the free town shuttle which halts just a short distance from the entrance of the unit. This unit is situated in the upper section of the property and a mere three minute walk from the clubhouse.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
