The large dining table is open to the main living room and has a large window with forest view to enjoy during mealtime. The living room boasts a sectional sofa, wood burning fireplace and extra-large flat screen TV. Glimpse the fox and moose that frequently pass through the wooded areas throughout the complex from the private deck off the living room. No air conditioning.
The benefits do not end there! In the kitchen, new counter tops accent the wood cabinets and upgraded appliances. There are 4 spots at the breakfast bar for mealtime.
Sleeps 10 comfortably. The master bedroom features a queen bed, flat screen TV and cozy over-stuff chair with en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is next to the third bedroom with 2 twin beds. These 2 bedrooms have access to the second hallway bathroom. The fourth bedroom also has two twin beds. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room adds two additional sleeping spots.

Complimentary shuttle service on the free town shuttle which will stop in front of the building just a few steps from the front door. Guest are a 2 minute walk to the clubhouse as well.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
