The spacious dining table is positioned adjacent to the living room and features a large window that provides a picturesque view of the surrounding forest, enhancing your dining experience. The living room is equipped with a sectional sofa, a wood burning fireplace and an oversized flat screen TV. From the private deck attached to the living, one can observe the occasional fox and moose that traverse the wooded areas of the complex. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.
The advantages extend beyond this! In the kitchen, the newly installed countertops complement the wooden cabinets and enhanced appliances. The breakfast bar accommodates four seating areas for dining.
Accommodating up to 10 guests, this property offers a primary bedroom equipped with a king bed, a flat screen TV and comfortable oversized chair, complete with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also features a queen bed as well as a pack and play crib and is adjacent to the third bedroom, which contains two double beds. Both of these bedrooms share access to the second hallway bathroom. Additionally, the fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin beds.
Complimentary shuttle service is available via the free town shuttle which conveniently stops just a few steps from the front entrance of the building. Guests are also only a two minute walk from the clubhouse.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

The place is super cute and quiet! Quality furniture, comfortable beds. FYI to parents of young kids or people who are picky sleepers… there are no blackout window coverings so it’s difficult to get the bedrooms dark and our kids took a long time to fall asleep. The unit has a lot of amenities that aren’t listed! They’ve added some bigger beds since last taking photos, as well as box fans, humidifiers, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, shampoo/conditioner. Very well stocked kitchen if you want to cook. It’s also a corner unit, so easy to get a nice cross breeze going through with the provided fans and it was comfortable even in July. We booked this spot for a birthday weekend with some friends and this place was everything we were looking for! The location is beautiful and within walking distance of many different trails, restaurants and activities. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus and we got to enjoy those features as well! I couldn't have asked for a better place to gather and celebrate. Great place, easy to get to WP/MK
We stayed with family and friends, kids and adults. The space is great for groups. It’s close to the ski resorts and right on the free shuttle- which is super convenient. The hot tub/pool is a nice touch at the end of the day. We’re local so brought our own pots/pans. The rentals are ok but we don’t use them. Plenty of utensils/plates/cups. We had to stay for one night near to RMNP, and Stay Winter Park was the best and much cheaper choice than other airbnbs in Fraser and Granby. The Grand Lake entry of RMNP took just 45 minutes driving from here.
The descriptions and photographs matched our expectations. All 4 bedrooms had clean beds, ample space, extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen had all the necessary amnities, we cooked dinner and breakfast for 9 people. There is a Safewat grocery store in Fraser, which was open till 11 PM and just 7 minutes away from here. Bathrooms had clean towels and hot water, althouth one toilet flash was not working properly. The living room along with balcony was beautiful. We saw some board games in one cabinet but didn't use them. Can't say anything about the amnities clubhouse, as we didn't have time to use them. I let stay winter park know that the bedroom with the two double beds must be replaced to list this as sleeping 10 people. The beds are in terrible condition. Stay winter park who rents the VRBO said they would notify the property owner. This to me was not good enough. I would not plan on using one bedroom. I told stay winter park if they didn’t replace the beds this was my review. Be ware you cannot plan on using one room that sleeps 4. great family vacation
We had a great family vacation staying in this condo. It is very spacious, clean, and has everything you need for your vacation. We loved the open concept of the kitchen with the living room for eating, socializing, watching TV, and enjoying the fireplace. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean. There were lots of amenities on the property that we took advantage of including the club house, pool, hot tub, and free movies. All of the people working at the desk were very friendly and helpful during our stay! There was also so much to do and see during our stay in Winter Park during the summer! We enjoyed hiking, white water rafting, Rocky Mountain National Park, St. Mary’s Glacier, Mount Evans, Winter Park, to name a few. This condo is in a great location to enjoy all of these activities and sites. It is also walking distance to the town of Winter Park and has a shuttle to the Winter Park ski hills. Very Comfortable, accommodating condominium close to the ski hill
I would definitely recommend Beaver Village Condominiums as the ideal option for anyone who is tired of the stress of home ownership, but still wants to enjoy all of the amenities of staying at such a beautiful place like Winter Park, along with peace and quiet in the beautiful surroundings. It was also such a pleasant experience with being so close to the ski hill and having public transportation that could take you anywhere you wanted for no additional cost. The condo came with very thoughtful but also very valuable information about the condo, general area, stores, things to do and places to eat etc. The rooms are spacious, clean, with large closets and attractive decor. Having four large and comfortable rooms with 3 bathrooms is so convenient and not to mention having your own balcony or porch as well as a separate entrance for each renter is a plus. The condominium also features a large swimming pool that is maintained daily, with several hot tubs as well as a sauna. Towels are offered and there are locker rooms for changing that come equipped with keys and locks for added safety, and offers multiple showers for washing off the chlorine. The Laundry room features newly updated machines that accept quarters as well as credit cards for you’re convenience and there are enough machines so you’ll never need to wait for an open one. The grounds are beautifully maintained in the Summer, and kept plowed and salted in the Winter. The entire complex blends in with the mountains and are well designed. The view from the balcony is so relaxing and beautiful to look at, especially during these trying times. I would sincerely recommend this condominium to anyone who is interested in visiting this booming area to enjoy the breathtaking views and Immerse you’re self in the one of a kind experience that follows.Conor R from Eagle River - Posted: 11/27/2020

For unit 1124 -Is there a highchair or buster seat? step stools for toddler's using the bathroom sinks? Pack & Plays?

We do have highchairs and pack-n-plays that we can put into the room if you can request these items at the time of booking. We do not offer step stools.
Do you allow more than 10 people to stay at this house if we bring air mattresses?

We are sorry but there is a maximum of 10 guests allowed only in the condo as there will only be towels and linens for 10 as well as 10 place settings in the kitchen.
