Accommodating up to 10 guests, this property offers a master bedroom equipped with a queen bed, a flat screen TV and comfortable oversized chair, complete with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also features a queen bed and is adjacent to the third bedroom, which contains two twin beds. Both of these bedrooms share access to the second hallway bathroom. Additionally, the fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. The living room includes a queen sofa sleeper, providing two extra sleeping arrangements.
Complimentary shuttle service is available via the free town shuttle which conveniently stops just a few steps from the front entrance of the building. Guests are also only a two minute walk from the clubhouse.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
