Enjoy this remodeled condo with granite counter tops in the kitchen as well as newer appliances, hardwood flooring and cabinets. A small island offers a spot for 2 people to grab a quick snack. The main dining area has a large table and seating for 6.
Rich leather sofa and wood furnishings complete the warm and inviting atmosphere in the living room where you can enjoy the gas fireplace, flat screen TV and a quick escape to the private patio. No air conditioning.
The master bedroom features a king bed and attached bathroom that has been remodeled with granite countertops for the dual vanities, tiled shower enclosure and slate tiled flooring. In the second bedroom a second king sized bed. A queen sofa sleeper in the living room for some additional sleeping spots. A second remodeled bathroom is accessible from the hallway.
Located on the first floor of the building for easy access in and out of the unit. This building is in the upper cul de sac of buildings 15 – 20 and a short distance to the clubhouse. The free town shuttle stops in front of the building as well.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.

Nice location
We picked this location because it was close to winter park ski area and cost less than comparable properties on the mountain.

Perfect spot for our family of 5!
Loved that all 3 kids had their own beds. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Great location between the mountain and downtown. Kids loved the pool (which was very warm and enjoyable) and adults loved the hot tub. I personally appreciated that there were lots of pillows to choose from and plenty of paper and dish products so we didn’t need to supply our own.

Unit 1612 The photos don\'t do this listing justice, it\'s gorgeous! The pristine kitchen is equipped with everything you need to keep your whole group fed and there\'s ample room to spread out and relax. The two large bedrooms made it possible for us to have our own space, while also enjoying a great night\'s rest. Everything was sparkling clean, from the linens to the tub, and there are plenty of extra blankets and pillows. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony overlooking the forest, we even saw a young buck saunter by. The fireplace kept us warm and added to the rustic mountain ambiance. From a family vacation to a large gathering of friends, this unit is perfect for all seasons! We can\'t wait to stay here again.
