A second renovated bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.
Situated on the first floor of the structure, this unit offers convenient access for entry and exit. The building is positioned in the upper cul de sac among buildings 15 to 20, and is within a brief walking distance to the clubhouse. Additionally, the complimentary town shuttle stops directly in front of the building.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
