Rich leather sofa and wood furnishings complete the warm and inviting atmosphere in the living room where you can enjoy the gas fireplace, flat screen TV and a quick escape to the private patio.

Enjoy this remodeled condo with granite counter tops in the kitchen as well as newer appliances, hardwood flooring and cabinets. A small island offers a spot for 2 people to grab a quick snack. The main dining area has a large table and seating for 6. No air conditioning.

The master bedroom features a king bed and attached bathroom that has been remodeled with granite countertops for the dual vanities, tiled shower enclosure and slate tiled flooring. A queen sofa sleeper in the living room for some additional sleeping spot.

Located on the first floor of the building for easy access in and out of the unit. This building is in the upper cul de sac of buildings 15 – 20 and a short distance to the clubhouse. The free town shuttle stops in front of the building as well.

Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.

we enjoyed our stay

Our stay was enjoyable. Very convenient location with shuttle to the slopes within 20 steps of the house. - House was clean and stocked with essentials. - Front office staff was very responsive and helpful. House was not prepared to host 4 guests. Thankfully we checked in before the front office closed and were able to drive there and pick up additional towels and pillowcases.
