Located in building 16 which is in the upper cul de sac of buildings 15 – 20 a short distance from the main clubhouse and has a free town shuttle stop a few steps from the front of the building.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.

Great condo, great location. It is the closest property to the ski resort and is just on the south side of Winter Park. Bus service straight to the slopes and into town from right in front of our condo. Very convenient. Clean and cozy, there is plenty of room in the living room and an open kitchen design. Two full bathrooms were definitely a bonus. Great spot. Would definitely return.
