This traditional two bedroom condominium in Winter Park offers everything necessary for your vacation and is situated on the third floor of the building. A fully equipped kitchen features modern cookware, updated appliances, cabinets and countertops. A compact island provides seating for two and opens into the dining area, which accommodates an additional six guests.
The living area includes a comfortable sofa, perfect for enjoying the gas fireplace and flat screen TV. A private deck presents a view of the Winter Park Ski Resort. Please note that there is no air conditioning.
The primary bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV and full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features two twin beds and provides access to the second bathroom located in the hallway.
Situated in building 16, positioned within the upper cul de sac of buildings 15 – 20, this location is a brief walk from the main clubhouse and features a complimentary town shuttle stop just a few steps from the building’s entrance.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

What time is the check in? We are planning to drive up Saturday morning and some of our family members do not ski. Will it be possible to have an early check-in? What time should we plan to check out? Thank you, Allison

Check in time is at 4pm. We may be able to provide an early check in based on our housekeeping schedule and it is best to contact us on day of arrival to confirm if this is possible or not.
