Located on the ground floor of the building with private deck with a forest view to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings or a peace evening after enjoying all of the outdoor activities. Beaver Village is conveniently a mile away from the ski resort with shuttle access, and walk to town for summer events at the Rendezvous Event Center, shopping and dining.
The main living area provides a large room feeling with the open floor plan. A dining table will comfortably seat 6 and you can toast the day's success in the great outdoors. From the comfortable sectional you can choose your view - the ambiance of the gas fireplace, TV or gaze out through the sliding glass door to the private deck with a forest view. The fully equipped kitchen has all you need for mealtime preparations. NO air conditioning.
The master bedroom offers a King bed and flat screen TV with en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk with Double down, Twin up, full bathroom. Queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
