Hardwood flooring throughout compliments the beautiful kitchen with new wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and counter tops including a breakfast bar with seating for 4 people. In the dining area a large table comfortably seats up to 6 and has a large window to take in view.


This unit is on the third floor of the building so it will offer vaulted ceilings in the open floor plan of the main room. A large living space has leather furnishings, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and private deck with forest and Winter Park Ski Resort views. No air conditioning.


In the master bedroom a queen bed, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with brand new tiled shower enclosure and dual vanity sinks.


The building is located in the 15 to 20 cul-de-sac only a short walk to the Clubhouse and the free town shuttle stops in front of the building.


Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.


NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.

We loved this place
Malia airbnb We loved this place. The top floor and end unit space makes it feel secluded, and let’s a lot of sunshine in! Love the heated floors in the kitchen and bathroom, felt luxurious. The fireplace and balcony were perfect. Thank you!

We loved our stay! The condo was fantastic and perfect for us. Very clean and well represented in the photos. The complex was very quiet. The bed was super comfy, as was the couch. We hope to come back!
