In the master bedroom queen bed, flat screen tv with attached updated bathroom with a cozy mountain theme. A second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a queen sofa sleeper is in the living room if your party needs additional spots to sleep. A second remodeled bathroom is the main hallway.

Conveniently located in the town of Winter Park, in the summer you can walk to the music festivals and events and in the winter take advantage of the free shuttle the runs through the condominium complex and will take you directly to Winter Park Resort for a day of skiing or snowboarding. Mountain bike, hiking and snowshoe trails can be accessed behind the condominium complex making this lodging location an outdoor paradise! Guests have free access to the clubhouse that is a short walk from the unit.

Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
