The walls of this vacation rental are painted a soothing color with modern mountain furnishings and decor throughout the remodeled unit. The kitchen features new appliances, counter tops and light wood cabinets and is adjacent to the dining area with a large table with bench seating. The living area has comfortable spots to enjoy the flat screen tv and gas fireplace. A private deck offering a forest view from the second floor of the building. No air conditioning.

In the master bedroom queen bed, flat screen tv with attached updated bathroom with a cozy mountain theme. A queen sofa sleeper is in the living room if your party needs additional spots to sleep.

Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
