A lovely, spacious and remodeled two bedroom offers a great spot for you and your family to enjoy the Winter Park area. There is hardwood flooring throughout for the true mountain lodge feeling accenting the mountain décor. A large kitchen has new counter tops, wood cabinets and appliances with breakfast bar seating for 4 persons. In the dining area additional seating for up to 6. Comfortable sofas are wonderful to relax in the living room to enjoy the flat screen TV, gas fireplace and view of the Winter Park Resort from the private deck. No air conditioning.


The master bedroom features a queen bed, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom. In the second bedroom two twin beds and additional spot to sleep is available on the sofa sleeper in the living room. A second full bathroom is in the hallway.


The building is located in the 15 to 20 cul-de-sac of the property for a short walk to the clubhouse and just steps from the free town shuttle stop. This unit is on second floor of this building.


Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.


NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.

Ski Weekend
Condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, the space was adequate for a lovely ski weekend. The kitchen was clean but while there was a lot of stuff in it, the contents are showing their age.

We had the best trip
The condo was perfect for a family ski vacation at Winter Park. Condo location was a quick drive to the slopes and public transportation was available if needed. Once I was able to get a lay of land I realized there were many dining options nearby. The kitchen was well setup as we ate breakfast each morning before skiing. Another nice amenity was the clubhouse that had hot tubs and a swimming pool.

The condo was generally good.
The condo was generally good. The location was great for the skiing we did. It would have been nice to have a better entrance way to store the ski equipment and boots. We had to leave the skis in the car at night due to lack of space. My wife and son enjoyed the hot tub and jacuzzi.
