The living room features a vaulted ceiling that enhances the influx of delightful Colorado sunlight, creating a serene environment perfect for enjoying the wood burning fireplace or the flat screen TV.
The dining space offers ample seating and is conveniently located adjacent to the renovated kitchen which is equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, and modern appliances.
The master bedroom is equipped with a King-sized bed, a futon, a flat screen TV with a DVD player and an adjoining full bathroom. The second bedroom features a Queen bed along with a Twin bunk bed that accommodates adult sizes, and it also includes a second full bathroom. For those traveling with younger children, the living room offers a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping arrangements. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.
Building 19 is situated within the 15 to 20 cul-de-sac, conveniently located just a brief walk from the Clubhouse. Additionally, there is a complimentary town shuttle stop directly in front of the building. Residents can take pleasure in the scenic views of the woods and ski resort from their backdoor.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
