Additionally, there is a complimentary town shuttle stop directly in front of the building. Residents can take pleasure in the scenic views of the woods and ski resort from their backdoor.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

Answer:
This unit is on the 3rd floor of the building and there is no elevator so it would be stair access only.
There are no additional fees that will be charged - the total shown is it.
The free town shuttle will provide transportation to the ski resort and elsewhere in town.
