Vaulted ceilings give the feeling of a lot of space in the main living area and the views of Winter Park Resort add a nice touch to this vacation rental. The large dining room has plenty of room for eating and the main living area of the condominium has a gas fireplace to creates a warm ambiance that is relaxing after a long day of play either at Winter Park Resort or in town. A private deck is a second spot to relax and enjoy your surroundings – located on the third floor of the building there is no one above you to spoil the peace and quiet. No air conditioning.
The master bedroom features a queen bed, extra space, flat screen TV and updated bathroom including granite counter tops, new cabinetry and flooring. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bathroom with updated with granite counter tops, new cabinetry and flooring as well.
Building 20 is located upper 15 to 20 cul-de-sac on the property which is a short walk to the Clubhouse and a few steps away from the free town shuttle stop.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.

Do you have an elevator on the property and how accessible is this unit and its bathrooms for a person in a wheelchair

There is no elevator at this property only stair access. This unit would not be wheelchair friendly as there are exterior stairs to access the unit and the bathroom doors would not be wide enough.
