The main floor of the unit has high vaulted ceilings in the living room area with a modern furnished decor, gas fireplace, flat screen TV, free in unit Wi-Fi access, and access to the private 5th floor balcony will allow you overlooks downtown Winter Park and mountain views.
Adjacent to the main living area, the dining room is on an elevated level with large table and kitchen bar to seating everyone. The fully equipped kitchen has lots of counter top space, new stainless steel appliances. No air conditioning.
On the lower entry level of the unit has the master bedroom with King bed, futon that may be used as Queen bed and en-suite bathroom with over-sized walk-in shower. The second bedroom on this level has a full bathroom, private balcony and bunk bed with King down and Twin up to sleep 3.
The open staircase on the main floor takes you to the loft that overlooks the main living room area below and has 3 twin beds, a full bathroom and emergency access to the outside.
This exceptional 3 bedroom, 3 bath sleeps 10 and offers other in unit amenities that include a washer and dryer and the private balconies total 258 square feet.
Common area amenities at the property include: Elevator to access each floor from the underground parking space, and coin operated laundry facilities on the fifth floor.
The hot tubs are unavailable until further notice.
