Please note that there is no air conditioning available.
The primary level of the unit features soaring vaulted ceilings in the main living area, which is equipped with cozy furnishings, a gas fireplace, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. Additionally, there is access to a private balcony that provides views of the Winter Park Ski Resort and partial vistas of the Continental Divide.
The dining room, situated next to the primary living area, is positioned on a raised level and features a spacious wooden table with seating for six individuals. Furthermore, there are three additional seats available at the breakfast bar that provide a view of the kitchen. The kitchen itself is fully equipped, offering ample countertop space, modern appliances and an abundance of cabinetry.
The upper level of the unit features an open loft that provides a view of the main living room area below. This loft is furnished with a queen bed and a twin bed, and it includes access to a full bathroom.
The entry level of the unit features the master bedroom, which is equipped with a queen-sized bed and an en-suite full bathroom that includes the added luxury of a jetted whirlpool bathtub. Additionally, there is a second bedroom on this level that contains both a double and a twin bed, along with a flat screen TV to provide entertainment for the children.
The property offers several common area amenities, including an elevator that provides access to each floor from the underground parking area, as well as coin-operated laundry facilities on the fifth floor. Additionally, residents can conveniently walk across the street to Cooper Creek Square for various dining and shopping options.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
