The entry level of the unit features the primary bedroom, which is equipped with a queen-sized bed and an en-suite full bathroom that includes the added luxury of a jetted whirlpool bathtub. Additionally, there is a second bedroom on this level that contains both a double and a twin bed, along with a flat screen TV to provide entertainment for the children.
The property offers several common area amenities, including an elevator that provides access to each floor from the underground parking area. Additionally, residents can conveniently walk across the street to Cooper Creek Square for various dining and shopping options.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
