Elk Creek B103 is a stunning 3 bedroom plus den, 3 bath condo located in downtown Fraser - walking distance from hiking trails, tubing hills, restaurants, breweries, shopping and so much more. Hop on the free shuttle by the front of the building for the short ride to Winter Park Resort!

The living zone is an immaculate space with in-floor radiant heat, 10' ceilings, custom lighting, smart TV and gas fireplace and panoramic mountain views from the cushy leather furniture.

Plenty of large picturesque windows will offer more than one view of the mountains and surrounding mountain beauty from this main room. Outside is a large wrap around patio is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air and outdoor hot tub and gas grill.

The full kitchen boasts high-end finishes including custom hickory wood cabinets, gorgeous granite countertops, large breakfast bar area at the kitchen island offers seating for 3 and is adjacent to the dining area offers seating for 8 at the main table.

The large master bedroom has a King with ensuite bath, including walk-in shower and dual vanities. The 2nd bedroom offers a Queen bed and bathroom across the hallway. The 3rd bedroom is towards the entry of the condo and has a Double Bunk bed plus a Twin Bunk bed – great kid’s room!

The Den near the kitchen area has a Queen sofa sleeper and offers another place to watch TV if you have someone wanting a movie and someone else needing to catch their favorite sports team.

This lovely condo is on the ground floor and offers easy access and roll in shower to help with anyone needing some accessibility help by avoiding steps.

Amenities in unit: Free Wi-FI access, private patio with furniture and outdoor private hot tub, washer and dryer, in floor radiant heating, no air conditioning, gas fireplace.

Parking is in the open lot adjacent to the walkway to the entrance of the condo. Suggest 3 cars max. Unit is on the shuttle route to ski resort and activities with an hourly stop.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to smoke or have a pet on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on or in the property.
