Welcome to our condo at Fraser Crossing unit 3127
This sweet 1 condo is located on the ground floor and offers a modern interior design and can sleep up to four guests and provides the perfect mountain retreat!
The open floor plan encompasses the living and dining areas. You can relax on the comfortable sofa to enjoy the gas fireplace, smart TV with streaming and cable services and have easy access to the private patio for sipping morning coffee before going out for the day on the slopes or afternoon and evening refreshments. The dining area will seat up to four guests.
The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, half-sized refrigerator and the washer/dryer combo under the counter.
The bedroom has a king-sized bed and ceiling fan. The main spacious bathroom has a large tub with separate shower enclosure.

Unit amenities include complimentary WI-FI access, smart TV, washer and dryer, private patio, fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Please note that there is no air conditioning.
Common area amenities include ski locker, outdoor hot tub and grill area, coin laundry, elevator and covered parking.
Parking: Paid parking is available in the common area underground parking. Please use the instructions that are sent via SMS 1 day prior to your arrival date for the paid parking which is $24/day with coupon code we send to you.

House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.

The location was amazing! Super convenient for the slopes. The kitchen was stocked well enough for the simple meals we intended to cook while there. Unfortunately the washer/dryer was broken for the duration of our stay. There was another community laundry room on the property but it required you check on your laundry every 35 minutes. My family had a great vacation and really enjoyed staying here.

Best location! Ground level entry!
This was a gem of a condo! The location to the gondola was a quick walk. The unit has a washer/dryer combo in the unit! We could hear the train but it was not an issue at all for us. We also enjoyed the very large soaking tub for our sore muscles after a long ski day! Of note, this unit does not have an oven. I missed that information when booking so it's my fault. I unfortunately was not able to cook some of the frozen goods I purchased. Overall we loved this condo and would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

My Stay at Winter Park Fraser Crossing
The condo was clean, comfortable, and rules were simple and straightforward. It was a short and convenient walk to the gondola and the village at the base. Parking was very convenient, in fact, my car was literally ten steps from the front door of my condo in underground parking. When I had a question or concern, Mountain West was responsive and followed through to make sure everything was satisfactory. A couple of small opportunities for improvement: Have a broom or vacuum available in the condo - it was hard not to track in mud and dirt. Have a waterhog mat inside the door or someplace to put wet boots so we don't track that into the apartment. Clean around the outside of the front door - lots of leaves and stuff, and the outdoor mat needs to be replaced. Last, and I may have missed it in an e-mail - a map of the facility would be helpful. I had a little bit of difficulty finding the condo - didn't realize it was an outside door, and the two levels of parking were not initially easy to follow. Thanks for an overall great stay.
