Welcome to our condo at Fraser Crossing 3309.
This beautifully remodeled one-bedroom condo is a rare find that combines unmatched style, comfort, and unbeatable access to the heart of Winter Park Resort!
The open floor plan encompasses the living, dining and kitchen area all adorned with hardwood flooring and modern interior furnishings and finishes. You can relax on the sofa to enjoy the gas fireplace and flat screen TV after a day of outdoor adventures. There is also a bonus work space area if you need to catch up on emails or computer work. You can easily access the private patio to enjoy the view and our condo is on the same level as the common area amenity deck.
The dining area will seat up to four guests and is adjacent to the kitchen that offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs.
The bedroom has a king-sized bed for a restful night’s sleep. The main bathroom is accessible for all guests in the main hallway.
Bedding: King and queen sofa sleeper
Unit amenities include complimentary WI-FI access, 50” smart TV with Xfinity cable, private patio, fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Please note that there is no air conditioning.
Common area amenities include ski locker, outdoor hot tub and grill area, coin laundry, elevator and covered parking.
Parking: Paid parking is available in the common area underground parking. Please use the instructions that are sent via SMS 1 day prior to your arrival date for the paid parking which is $24/day with coupon code we send to you.

House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
