We loved our time at First Chair at Fraser Crossing. The condo was the perfect size, very spacious and well appointed. The furniture was in excellent condition and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable.We enjoyed the hot tub being steps away and the gondola was only a 5 minute walk from the entrance. The laundry room was convenient also and we used it twice.Communication with management was excellent and fast. We will stay here again.

This place was exactly as described and we had a great stay! The location was perfect — just a quick walk across the street to the slopes, which made everything so convenient. We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals over the years, and this was easily one of the cleanest we’ve experienced. The space was also super cute aesthetically, and we loved being able to enjoy the view from the porch. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would absolutely come back!

Our visit to Frasier Crossing in Winter Park was exactly what we wanted and what we expected. This apartment is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We had all the amenities we needed. The hot tub and amenity deck were under construction, but we can tell that having a balcony that leads directly to that area would have been a lot of fun and easy to navigate. (We knew ahead of time about the construction). The communication with Portoro was clear and informative. The information left for us inside the apartment was clear and easy to follow. The luggage carts located in the parking garage were a huge help as we unloaded and loaded our vehicle. The other guests were friendly and it was obvious many of them had been coming to these accommodations for years and years. We will definitely be returning!

Really great location and the unit was very well appointed and comfortable. Room felt very spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. Very easy walk to and from the village area and gondola. Other reviews mentioned issues with the parking, but we had a midsize SUV and fit easily. As long as you follow the instructions from the management company, the check-in process was simple for both the unit and the parking garage. Temperature control in the unit was a pain. It was always too hot. But opening a window helped.

Wasn’t sure about the distance from condo to ski lifts because pictures/maps can be deceiving but it’s literally just across the street which was awesome after a hard day of skiing. Heated parking garage was a huge bonus especially with an F-250 diesel. Outside low temps were from 6-28 during stay. Garage temp was 61 when we left. Only drawback was our condo was way too warm despite adjusting the thermostat but open windows solved that issue. Will book again next year if available.

This unit was very comfortable and just as described. Couldn't beat the location, just a walk across the street to the ski resort. The convenience of the indoor parking, lockers and bell carts were appreciated. The kitchen was well stalked with everything you need. Both the sofa bed and king bed were comfortable. It would've been nice to have the hot tub operational. That was a miss, especially given it's right outside the unit. Overall, I'd recommend.

We had an amazing time during our stay at Winter Park. The property was beautiful, quiet and relaxing. It was clean, well appointed, and true to the photos presented. Our visit was to celebrate our anniversary, so we were there in July. It was a great location with many convenient and fun things to do in the village, beautiful sights to see, and nearby places of interest. We enjoyed riding the gondola and eating at the summit, hiking, sightseeing, shopping, the rodeo outside of town and visiting nearby attractions. The parking garage did not always read the code and caused some line ups and delays but seemed to be repaired by the following day. We enjoyed our stay- it was peaceful, rejuvenating and a beautiful place to enjoy our special time together. We will definitely be back- thank you!

We were only there for 2nights, but it was perfect, the location, food, and activities for everyone were walkable. The company will send you an automated text the day before, do all the things it asks you to. I did not have service, so I waited until I got to Winter Park because we were on a roadtrip and I drove all day, being the only adult. The stay was great once we got in, but I had to call the company again because the code did not work. The customer service rep reset the code and we finally got into our room.

The condo was beautiful and clean, with everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfy, good furnishings. As other reviews noted, the place stays WARM. It was cold outside (40-50's) and we were still hot enough to open the windows and door to cool down. I think it's just the design of the building, but I would recommend adding an AC unit to the bedroom at least. Due it it being off season, it was a bit of a ghost town and much was closed including the hot tub, which we were salty about because we had been looking forward to it. With everything closed, a few board games or some playing cards would have been a nice touch. The registration and parking situation was not ideal-you have to register separately for each, even when there is no charge to park, and show your code to come in AND to leave. I bit of overkill, and not as convenient as other rentals I've experienced. Even so, in general, it was a great little place to call home for a few days and I would recommend it.

everything you need, waking distance to the base and beautiful balcony. Checking in is a little confusing - make sure you are clear on all the directions before you get there. The hot tub is still broken and the garage is sooo tight - if you don’t drive a sedan, recommend not parking there!

The unit had a great layout, was beautifully decorated, and even had a humidifier. One thing you won’t get from the pictures is the bathtub is a long and deep soaking tub it was a fantastic surprise, which was great because the hot tub was closed for maintenance while we were there. That was the only major downside to our stay. We booked because they had a hot tub. While the fine print says they can’t guarantee the availability of amenities, I can’t imagine there wasn’t a notification from the housing association about the planned maintenance closure. At which point an update to the listing amenities would’ve been appreciated and appropriate. We would’ve booked somewhere else and not been disappointed upon arrival. All that being said, we would definitely stay here again

Not worth the price tag. Not ski in ski out as listed, and the check in process is confusing (separate registration, expensive parking that must be printed out physically, separate “guest portal). Overall, we would have enjoyed the stay more if the listing were accurate and the check in smoother.

My sweetheart and I stayed in this beautiful condo for four nights and sadly left this morning. It is exactly as the pictures show - clean, comfortable, modern, and complete. There really is everything you need for a wonderful ski trip. This was our first time skiing in Colorado (or anywhere else in the last 20 years). We are both older beginner skiers. The condo is directly across the street from the base of the mountain, gondola to the top, chair lifts, and the ski school. And by street, I mean a small side street, not some four-lane highway. The building has two fast elevators to go between the two lower-level parking garage floors and the upper-level residence floors. You definitely need the parking pass with the QR code to access this garage under the building, both to enter and exit (so leave the printed QR code in the car). There's a cart in the garage to load your stuff and roll it to the condo. The condo itself has one bedroom with a queen size bed and a fold-out couch in the living room. All the rooms have lights with dimmers to set any mood, and the fireplace has a timer to instantly light up the gas flames. The kitchen has all the plates, utensils, pots, and pans that you'll need. I don't drink coffee, but if you're a coffee drinker you're in luck - there are about five different devices to brew your java, including Keurig and all kinds of contraptions for heating water and pouring it over ground beans. You'll find a side-by-side refrigerator waiting for your food, and a full-size dishwasher with soap. The pantry has cleaning supplies and other travel necessities like an ironing board. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and the water pressure is fantastic. There are two TVs, and wifi in the condo to connect your devices. We looked up similar units on the market and they sell for $600,000-$800,000. The price we paid to rent for a few nights was well worth it and competitive with other ski-in, ski-out options. The views are just gorgeous. One last thing - the hot tub is large, hot, and on the same level as the condo. You just go out the back door of the condo past your patio area onto the hot tub deck. After the lifts close at 4P there were usually 5-10 people enjoying the relaxing waters while the snow was on the ground all around. It was a fun social time and we enjoyed meeting some new people. We’ve stayed in this property before so knew what to expect. We love the quick walk across the street to the gondola (steps) and that quick access can’t be beat. We stayed here as a family of 4 (two kids, 8 and 10, who took the couch bed and called it “cozy.”) There are bigger places in town, but we decided we’ll take the smaller place with easy mountain access and not have to deal with parking over a bigger place. Parking is extra for this building but it’s garage parking and pretty easy to navigate. The only funky thing was the heat. It seemed to be a consistent 72-73 for the unit regardless of what we set the thermostat to. I like to sleep a little cooler at night so would be nice to control that. Was a bit hot at night. Note the spices and coffee filters are in a low cabinet - we didn’t find them until the second night (our fault). Overall great location, comfy beds, love the access to WP village and eateries. Kitchen was also well stocked but we didn’t cook. Would return for sure.

It was beautifully decorated and very quiet. Quite roomy for the 3 of us (husband and I and young daughter). Bed was comfy and bath room was huge! Only downside was the lack of air conditioning made it very stuffy and warm in the main living area where our daughter was sleeping since there were no windows to open to let the fresh air in.

Great room, updated, just as pictured, pretty roomy for 2 adults and 1 child, room has direct access to hot tub which was really convenient and only a short walk across the street to the lifts and ski school! Super easy for check in as everything has door codes which were emailed to you instead of going to go pick up key cards! Great place overall and look forward to coming back for next season!

Fast response to book and amend reservation. Condo was perfect for our ski trip. We planned on bringing our teenage son but he was unable to go. It would have been fine for a 3rd person though. Bed was very comfortable. Nice spacious bathroom. So beautifully updated. Had minor issues with heat and host was super quick to respond and get the problem addressed. Would definitely stay again. I want to keep this condo a secret so I can book it anytime I want!
