Renovated Fraser Crossing Studio - with excellent 5th floor views of the Winter Park Resort and within 150 yard walk to the of the slopes and village.

This unit has 443 square feet and is a non-smoking and no pets allowed rental. This well appointed studio has new flooring and furnishings. The kitchenette has granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances including a mini-fridge, 2 burner stove and a convection microwaveable oven, dishwasher and dining area.

Enjoy the gas fireplace, large flat screen TV from the king bed, or sitting area which includes a comfortable sofa. The full bathroom has a tiled shower surround, new tile flooring and updated vanity.

This is a handicapped accessible vacation rental. No air conditioning.

Main floor lobby area with sitting area, flat screen TV, private ski lockers. This property has a giant common area amenity deck that includes coin operated laundry, changing rooms, hot tub, barbecue grille, outdoor fireplace, and views of the slopes.
