We enjoyed our stay there. It was great there were paddle boards and life jackets we could use. Eric was flexible about early check in and late check out which was appreciated. It was concerning the smoke detector had been removed from the master bedroom. The response time when we messaged the host was a little slow compared to most hosts.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Lake Granby! The cabin-like atmosphere of the townhouse was lovely. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we could possibly need, including both a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker, catering to different preferences. The location was fantastic, close to Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake Village, where summer events take place. We particularly appreciated the convenience of the first-level bedroom with a queen-size bed, especially since my husband had injured his knees and climbing three flights of stairs would have been difficult. We would definitely stay here again!

The property itself is awesome. Very well taken care of and plenty of sleeping quarters. Everyone in the group absolutely loved how each bedroom has its own bathroom and a powder room on the kitchen level. Would definitely stay there again. Parking is the only setback, especially if you have a trailer with toys, but it was still very doable. Property manager was very responsive when we did make contact.

Eric’s airbnb was a perfect spot to vacation at over the week that my family and I were there. The lake was beautiful even in December, and it was just a short 30-40 minute drive to winter park to hit the mountain.

My family stayed at this condo for a trip to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. It is a very nice condo and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the space and the guest book memories. It doesn’t have a view of the lake and is a 5 minute drive to town each time, but it didn’t bother us. We used the SUP boards and rented a boat at a nearby marina one day. The condo is easy to access and the owner did a fantastic job with instructions. We highly recommend this property.

Had a wonderful stay at the townhouse to celebrate a friend's 70th birthday. Everything in the townhouse was as advertised. We had plenty of room for the five of us that stayed. Having a bathroom in every bedroom was wonderful! The only downside to the townhouse is the three levels and stairs but we knew what we were getting into when we rented the place. I will recommend the townhouse to others.

We loved staying at this townhouse! We had 2 families come together and there were plenty of places for everyone to sleep and hang out. The kids loved having their own room and the game closet was awesome! The kids found plenty to do and even enjoyed just running around and exploring in front of the townhouse (we could see them from the kitchen window which was great). I think the best part of all was having the use of the 2 paddle boards and access to the dock!! We honestly spent so much time just sitting down on the dock watching the kids play in the water.
In addition to enjoying the townhouse, we rented a boat from the marina right around the corner that was super affordable and so much fun. We also spent a few hours at the public beach on Grand Lake but it was a little busy for our taste.
All in all, it was a wonderful trip and a great place to stay! Eric was always very responsive and helpful!

Our stay here was wonderful! The condo had a very well-equipped kitchen. We also appreciated there being many bathrooms. The condo is cozy and the multi-level design makes it easy for guests to have peace and quiet even if there’s activity in the main area. It was also an easy drive to Winter Park/Mary Jane. We were looking for a place to "get away" from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We were not disappointed! We really appreciated being so close to Lake Granby! It was just a short walk down the street. It was so nice to have 2 paddleboards and life jackets available to use. The location is very convenient: close to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park! The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

This property has very superior facilities; 3 bedrooms each with a private bath and an additional guest 1/2 bath. Convenience items are well provided and the kitchen has all necessary appliances. The bed was comfortable. This unit is ideal for larger groups of up to eight. We were quite pleased. The town home is three stories and about 8,000' elevation so not handicapped suitabe for some.

Comfortable and quiet place in a good location. Easy to get to Grand Lake and Winter Park in the winter as main roads are well maintained. Had everything we needed for our stay. Easy walk to the lake. Dog friendly and our dogs had a wonderful time.

Very spacious and cozy home. Great, convenient location close to downtown Grand Lake and about 25 minutes to Monarch Lake trailhead where we were in town doing some hiking in the Indian Peaks wilderness. Access to the dock on the lake makes for a really nice bonus to check out the wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Would stay here again.

Our family really enjoyed the property! It was spacious, clean, and well stocked. The owner communicated right away with us when there was an issue with wifi, and even contacted his service provider to find out there was an outage. He texted me several times with updates about this-really above and beyond. The very short walk to the docks with fishing access and beautiful views of the lake were wonderful! Beds were very comfortable and everything was as described!

We stayed at this location to have access to the RMNP for hiking. This townhouse was clean and spacious for our family of 4 adults. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. All rooms were well equipped. Washer/ Dryer were present + ironing board/iron. We didn't have time to enjoy the lake (we were only at this location for 2 days and spent it in RMNP)...but it is within walking distance. We would stay here again if we come to this area of CO again.

We had a great 1 week stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and had all of the supplies necessary to clean dishes. The lake is a short walk from the place and I was able to easily catch a few trout from the area around the dock. The fully functional washer and dryer had supplies. There were two standup paddle boards available for use. It has no air conditioning, but closing the blinds during the day kept the place comfortable. If we return, we will check to see whether it is available again. It fit our needs well. It is located relatively close to the National Park and we were able to gain entry without reservations by arriving before 9 am.

This place is in a good location with plenty of space and bathrooms. It doesn’t have AC so when it’s hot outside it’s pretty unbearable on the top floor. It usually isn’t that hot in Granby so may not be a problem.

The place is very clean and well appointed, beds were comfy and the bathrooms were very nice. The place was very quiet; we never heard anything from the neighboring townhomes. Parking could be a little tricky depending on how many people are using the townhomes at any given time but was not a huge issue. The location was good; driving to Grand Lake or Granby was fairly convenient. I would stay again!

If you are looking to escape for a wonderful, private getaway, this townhome will be perfect! Plenty of room, plenty of amenities, and a beautifully finished space that will give you the relaxation vibe like no other!! This town home was awesome. The location was perfect for our ice fishing adventures. We were a short drive to shadow mountain and grand lake. Lucky these lakes were frozen as granby had not froze yet. There are lots of stairs. So we got a good workout. But the kitchen had all the utensils we could ask for. And we enjoyed the place and even watched a few Christmas movies.

Place was lovely and perfect for our family. It had everything we needed for cooking and sleeping. It was only a short trip to the nearest grocery store and 15/ 20 mins to all things fun (skiing, tubing, Rocky Mountain Park and more) Having a private bathroom in each room was a big plus! For people who don’t live around snow or mountains, the view was very pretty from the home, but just a short walk down a hill and you are met with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Definitely would book again, would love to see this place in the summer.

It is a short 2-3 minute walk to Lake Granby. We were able to fish from the shoreline and dock area. Also the kids enjoyed playing on the shoreline. The townhome was nice and had all the things we needed to enjoy our stay. We were also very close to Rocky Mountain National Park. In the winter it would be a great spot to be close to the ski areas.

This condo was really comfortable and in a great location. My husband, two sons and I stayed for 3 nights. Since this is a “pet friendly” rental, we brought our lab along. We had a great time. Eric has a lot of entertaining items for renters’ use... paddle boards, ice chests, lawn chairs, games (even video games). The bedrooms all had televisions and private baths, which made it very comfortable. It was a short walk to the lake, which made for nice morning walks with the dog! And the unit was super clean! I would not hesitate to rent this again!

This was Labor Day with near record highs for the area and, as one would expect, the water is gonna be cold for wakeboarding.
You can find a place closer to town if that’s what you’re looking for, but the water in Lake Granby is substantially larger and warmer, though still cold, than Grand or Shadow Mountain.

I would highly recommend this host. The description of the place was spot on. It was very clean, lots of options with cooking pans, utensils, bowls ( both baking and cereal size) and nice big refrigerator. Beds were comfy. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was extremely helpful.

It was wonderful working with Eric, and his responses were extremely quick and accurate. As others mentioned, you drive through a trailer park to get to the unit. Nothing to worry about. We turned right from the development and drove about 2 miles on highway 40, and then turned left between a storage facility and a statue of a headless horse. If you drive about 3 miles you get into a National Forest, in which we had a blast hiking around.

This three-story condo is fantastic. Three bedrooms, each with a bathroom, plus one additional half bath for good measure. It’s just a short walk to the lake. The kitchen is stocked with lots of cookware and utensils. We loved it.

Our family of 5 and our daughter's dog had a great stay for 11 nights. We love the Rockies and took hikes, visited Lake Granby, and just rested. One daughter has serious dietary restrictions, so we cooked and/or packed all but 2 meals there. The kitchen truly is well-equipped: tons of dishes, plenty of silverware, lots of appliances. There was an abundance of plastic leftover containers which we used a lot and appreciated. There were 2 paddle boards in the garage, and we enjoyed using them in the lake! That was an unexpected treat. I would say the drawbacks were as mentioned in other reviews: having to take luggage, etc. upstairs, adjust to elevation while regularly climbing stairs (tri-level condo), and not a lot of comfy seating in the living area, considering the condo sleeps 9. The couch seats 3, and there's one soft chair which has a separate ottoman, so that's seating for 5 people. The dining table in that area has plenty of seating - just not soft, lounging seats. However, each of the 3 bedrooms has an attached full bath and a TV, so of course there are choices for where to relax. The manager was very responsive. We told him about a slow sink drain, which he had fixed by the afternoon of the next day!

Beds are super comfy. House is immaculate. Steps away from the lake. Super close to Grand Lake Village and Granby. Short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. TVs in all bedrooms and LR. Kitchen is super stocked with every gadget, pot or utensil you need. Highly recommend. Loved our stay. Be aware there are lots of steps, as this is a 3 story home.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Eric's. The location is superb, the house was great. Everything was clean; everything we could possibly need was there and then some, such as a 2-person kayak in the garage and life vests and a cooler! We even had access to a boat ramp and boat dock (just a few steps away from the house), which was great because we brought 3 kayaks of our own. Before and after the trip, the owner was easy to communicate with and always responded almost immediately. 5 stars! :)

Our family of four plus 3 dogs had a fantastic time staying at this spacious townhouse in Lake Granby. My 17-year-old really appreciated the private room w/en-suite bathroom on the ground floor so she could have more privacy than she's usually afforded when on a family vacation. Her 6-year-old brother called it a "mansion" because it has 3 floors. The location is great - we loved being so close to the lake and because of the dogs, took several walks along the part of the lakefront the condo has access to. The lock on the dumpster is tricky but my husband figured it out. Communication with Eric was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Das Haus war großartig, sehr schön eingerichtet & die Küche extrem gut ausgestattet. Für uns 4-köpfige Familie war das Reihenhaus fast zu groß, da wir das 3. Schlafzimmer nicht genutzt haben. Durch die Lage am wunderschönen Lake Granby konnten wir Touren in die Rocky Mountains starten.

The location is amazing, we were able to walk to the lake and common area. The property itself was in great condition, a perfect set up for our large family. The kitchen is updated and has everything we needed. It was a perfect summer getaway. You can't see the lake from the property but it's close enough that it doesn't matter. We will be returning next summer!

Fantastic location to base yourself on the west side of RMNP. The house itself was beautiful. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Eric is an excellent host - great with communication and very knowledgeable. Remember to get some cool tips on day hikes from him as you head into RMNP! Will come back!

We had a great time at this condo for a snowmobile trip with a large group. The condo is beautiful inside and the fireplaces really added to the ambience. Eric was very responsive to our questions.

If you are looking for a modern, high quality, roomy, comfortable, and fully stocked town home, feet from Lake Granby, this place is definitely for you. There are 3 bedrooms. Each room has its own bathroom and flat screen TV. The set up is ideal for a girls/guys weekend or family of six with grandparents or a couples getaway. Gas fireplaces in master bedroom and living room are beautiful and source of warmth. The owner responded quickly to all our questions. He provided detailed instructions on how to work everything. As an added bonus he sent links to various websites and area attraction choices. Being on the west side of Rocky Mountain National Park was a plus (less crowded and less expensive) and only a few miles away from Grand Lake and the entrance to the park, not to mention seeing 4 Moose and tons of Elk. Close to shopping in Grand Lake or Estes Park. Close to Hot Sulphur Springs. Casino's 60 miles away in Black Hawk. The Aspens were in bloom and so colorful. We ate at the following restaurants in the town of Granby each deserving of the 4 1/2 star ratings, Italian - Moustachio's, Mexican - Azetca, Chinese - Pearl Dragon, and Pizza -Lina's. Great Time - I would recommend this property!

Good accommodation...as shown in pics. Worth the money. Eric is quite responsive to texts and emails.

The place was clean, warm, and generally lovely. Each room has it's own bathroom, which was great for our 6-person group!

Eric is a really nice guy that was patient with me when I got a bit confused when getting to the house. His place is in a beautiful area, with wonderful views all around. The home is comfortable with everything you might need and even a bit more!

We enjoyed our stay at Lake Granby! The townhouse is beautiful and has very nice furniture, kitchen, and bathrooms. It is very roomy and family friendly. The fireplaces would be great in the winter! Eric was very helpful throughout the process. The location is great - close to Rocky Mountain National Park but also restaurants and other activities (kayaking, fishing, etc.). It was perfect for a summer stay near the mountains!

The condo was very nicely equipped and well maintained and a great landing spot for our family to relax and refuel in between adventures. Granby Lake is beautiful and you can take nice walks around the lake.

We drove into the town of Grand Lake to rent mountain bikes for day, and also spent a day hiking and driving through Rocky Mtn National Park that is very close nearby. We cooked one night in the condo and also ate a good restaurant in Grand Lake.

Besides the small town of Grand Lake, the area is pretty remote out there with few stores and mostly big ranches or vacation communities around the lake. It was just what we were looking for!

It's a little hard to find the place at first - so make sure to talk to Eric about that.
