The Townhome
This brand new, multi-level townhome features modern high-end finishes and hardwood flooring throughout. Ground floor access is available via the exterior entry door or the one-car garage, leading into a mud room that provides lots of space for storage of your outdoor gear.
On the third level, an open floor plan encompasses the living room, complete with private deck access, a large comfortable sofa surrounding the gas fireplace, and a flat-screen television. The dining area seats up to six guests with additional seating at the large breakfast bar in the chef's dream kitchen, which is equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinets for storage and work space.
