Description
This condo rental is perfectly suited for two couples or singles seeking the comfort of private sleeping quarters, featuring queen beds equipped with new mattresses and a vanity sink in each bedroom.
The unit has been updated to feature a flat screen HDTV positioned adjacent to the wood-burning fireplace, along with a VCR and DVD player, all complemented by mountain themed decor throughout the main living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, and modern appliances, and it opens into the dining area, which includes a table and chairs that can accommodate up to six individuals. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.
The hallway features a complete bathroom, and the living room is equipped with a queen sofa sleeper, providing an additional sleeping option if required.
The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area.
The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace. Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi-Fi and ample seating. The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience. The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, two hot tubs and a cozy sitting area with a table and chairs. Access to a spacious sundeck furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor hot tub is also available. Furthermore, a compact workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

A quaint and older condo, very cozy and just enough room for 5-6 people. The place was clean and just as described. Conveniently located, within in walking distance to everywhere in downtown Winter Park. The only thing that was remotely negative was the refrigerator was a bit loud, and with it being a condo thr people upstairs moving around would be a bit noisy, but that’s to be expected. I gave this five stars because it was exactly as described, no surprises, and our family had a good time. Great stay
We had a great one-night stay at 507 HI COUNTRY DR #705. It’s not often you find one-night availabilities on short notice. The unit was clean and warm when we arrived after a full day of skiing powder runs at WP. All the utilities worked with exception of the internet service (TV, News, ect) which we later learned was down for the entire Winter Park Frazier community that evening. It was perfect for our stay.

I will only review the place, not the managing company, because I already reviewed them on their own survey. It should be clearer that this is located at building 7, unit 5, not unit 705 (there is no 705). It was a little hard to find at first because of this. We used the pool and rec room and it was perfect for my boys. Kitchen was awesome to have, though some of the cookware was dirty when we arrived. Some of the cushions on the couch were also stained. Parking lot was plowed and parking spaces were readily available out front. The place was overall clean and was in a great location. It was perfect for our stay.Shari - Posted: 12/24/2022

I will only review the place, not the managing company, because I already reviewed them on their own survey. It should be clearer that this is located at building 7, unit 5, not unit 705 (there is no 705). It was a little hard to find at first because of this. We used the pool and rec room and it was perfect for my boys. Kitchen was awesome to have, though some of the cookware was dirty when we arrived. Some of the cushions on the couch were also stained. Parking lot was plowed and parking spaces were readily available out front. The place was overall clean and was in a great location. It was perfect for our stay.Anonymous - Posted: 12/24/2022

Nice condo
Condo is nicely appointed in the main room, though very, very small. The kitchen is tiny. No real way to cook anything. We couldn’t fit a take and bake pizza in the oven! The bed in the bedroom back to the right is WAY too soft and caved in so the sleeping is not great. I wouldn’t look for this condo again, particularly because the price is so much more than several in Fraser that are much nicer and roomier. Though we did enjoy the pool/rec center at Hi Country. The hot tubs are nice and hot and the pool is large enough to have fun. If the beds were replaced and visitors planned to eat out every meal, it would be good but there are better values within 5 minutes of this location.Dave G from Broomfield CO - Posted: 4/9/2021

This is a great little spot in winter park. The space was super clean and had all of the cooking amenities you need. It’s located right next to the Fraser River Trail so it’s quick access to some good walking trails and beautiful views. The only downside is that the balcony is not private as it appears in the photos (it’s part of a long walkway and located directly under the stairs). Otherwise all photos are accurate! I would recommend this space to anyone needing a quick trip to the mountains and would book again.Tracey - Posted: 7/5/2020

Unfortunately no as the entry door and inside doors are not wide enough for a wheelchair
