This condo rental is perfectly suited for two couples or singles seeking the comfort of private sleeping quarters, featuring queen beds equipped with new mattresses and a vanity sink in each bedroom.
The unit has been updated to feature a flat screen HDTV positioned adjacent to the wood-burning fireplace, along with a VCR and DVD player, all complemented by mountain themed decor throughout the main living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, and modern appliances, and it opens into the dining area, which includes a table and chairs that can accommodate up to six individuals. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.
The hallway features a complete bathroom, and the living room is equipped with a queen sofa sleeper, providing an additional sleeping option if required.
The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area.
The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace. Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi-Fi and ample seating. The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience. The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, two hot tubs and a cozy sitting area with a table and chairs. Access to a spacious sundeck furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor hot tub is also available. Furthermore, a compact workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
