An ideal condo rental for 2 couples or singles wanting the privacy of their own sleeping areas, with queen beds with new mattresses and a vanity sink in each bedroom.

Updates in the unit include a flat screen HDTV is mounted next to the wood burning fireplace, VCR, DVD with mountain themed furnishing throughout the main living room. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all dishes, pots, pans, newer appliances and is open to the dining area with table and chairs to seat up to 6 persons. No air conditioning.

There is one full bathroom in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room if needed for an extra spot to sleep.

Located on the ground floor of the building. A few steps away from the free town shuttle stop but you can also walk to Main Street which is 2 blocks away to enjoy all the downtown restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities.

The recreation center has a small children's area with games, flat screen TV and furnishings. The large open great room has vaulted ceilings, pool table with table and chairs, small kitchenette with expansive windows on either side of the gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, table and chairs and computer station with free Wi-FI. The locker rooms are equipped with tiled floors, bathroom stalls, showers and lockers. The main pool and spa area has been enclosed with large glass windows, indoor pool, 2 hot tubs and small sitting area with table and chairs. You may also access the large sundeck with comfortable lounge furniture and outdoor hot tub. The small workout area has a weight room with treadmill and stationary bike.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.

Great location and peaceful stay

The clubhouse was nice as well. One thing that I didn’t think was very clear is that there is a bus stop less than 100 feet from the front door which is amazing. Also as you drive in, it’s as far back as you go. The building numbers seem to be kind of random. The space is really good. It’s nice to have two bedrooms. It hasn’t been updated in a while so if you’re expecting something ultramodern, this is not the right place for you..

Great stay

We had a great one-night stay at 507 HI COUNTRY DR #705. It’s not often you find one-night availabilities on short notice. The unit was clean and warm when we arrived after a full day of skiing powder runs at WP. All the utilities worked with exception of the internet service (TV, News, ect) which we later learned was down for the entire Winter Park Frazier community that evening. I recommend the Stay and would enjoy renting #705 again.

Will stay here again!

A couple nights for skiing… nice location, clean warm and cozy with character and fireplace…great amenities with 3 hot tubs, indoor pool, laundry, and locker room. Will stay here again!

We had great time.

Telemark is the name of the street to turn on. Super easy to fine when we figured that out. Nice cozy place. Good for short and longer stays. Microwave was a bit dated but heated when needed

Great condo for a few days of skiing.

2 beds, one bath but both bedrooms have sinks as well. Conveniently located close to town, and it’s possible to take the shuttle to the mountain. Download the app as the shuttle does not run right on time. Thanks for a great stay, I would definitely come back!

It was perfect for our stay.

We used the pool and rec room and it was perfect for my boys. Kitchen was awesome to have. Parking lot was plowed and parking spaces were readily available out front. The place was overall clean and was in a great location.

Nice condo

Condo is nicely appointed in the main room, though very, very small. The kitchen is tiny. No real way to cook anything. We couldn’t fit a take and bake pizza in the oven! The bed in the bedroom back to the right is WAY too soft and caved in so the sleeping is not great. I wouldn’t look for this condo again, particularly because the price is so much more than several in Fraser that are much nicer and roomier. Though we did enjoy the pool/rec center at Hi Country. The hot tubs are nice and hot and the pool is large enough to have fun. If the beds were replaced and visitors planned to eat out every meal, it would be good but there are better values within 5 minutes of this location.
