Our 1 bedroom condo is situated on the second floor of the building and offers an open floor concept in the main living area allowing for both relaxation and socializing, with hardwood flooring throughout, a gas fireplace that creates a warm atmosphere for chilly evenings and a comfortable sofa to enjoy the flat screen TV. This area also has a sofa sleeper if you have the need for additional sleeping accommodations. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparations a breeze with stainless steel appliances, new countertops and cabinets. The breakfast bar offers a spot for up to 3 guests during mealtime.
The primary bedroom offers a plush queen-sized bed, tv and all guests can access the full bathroom in the main hallway.
The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area.
The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace. Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi-Fi and ample seating. The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience. The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, two hot tubs and a cozy sitting area with a table and chairs. Smoking and pets are prohibited on the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found smoking or have pets will be subject to a 200 fine per day.
