The living room is furnished with ample comfortable seating surrounding the flat screen television, allowing you to enjoy your favorite shows or movies, or to have a cozy evening by the gas fireplace. The charming kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for meal preparation at any time of the day, including stainless steel appliances, painted cabinetry, and new countertops, as well as a breakfast bar that seats three people.
The bedroom is adorned with new carpeting, a queen-sized bed, and windows that provide a view of the forest. The main hallway leads to the full bathroom, which features a single vanity sink and a tiled shower/tub enclosure.

The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience. The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, one indoor hot tub and one outdoor hot tub on the spacious sundeck. A workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike. There are paid laundry facilities as well.

House Rules: No smoking is not allowed at the unit and is strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking on the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
