In the living room, a flat screen TV is mounted adjacent to the wood burning fireplace, providing various entertainment options, including a DVD player, CD player, and complimentary in-unit Wi-Fi access. The living room is also equipped with numerous comfortable furnishings including a newer sofa. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.

A distinctive aspect of this unit is the heated floors in the bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with one queen bed, while the third bedroom features a Captain's Bunk. The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area.
The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
