The beautiful kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, new wood cabinets, new light fixtures and a central island cook top and small sitting area for 2 persons. The entire open floor plan has hardwood flooring throughout.
In the master bedroom you can relax in a king bed, have access to an attached bathroom and wake up in the morning to enjoy a cup of coffee or the great view from the private deck.

Rental guests are not allowed to bring pets and any violation will be fined $200 per day. Smoking is not allowed in common areas including front decks and within 10 feet of the building. Smoking is allowed on the back decks if the sliding glass door is closed, you are considerate of the neighbors and smoking materials are extinguished carefully.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
