Access to a spacious sundeck furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor hot tub is also available. Furthermore, a compact workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
