The open-concept living area is designed for both relaxation and socializing, with a gas fireplace that creates a warm atmosphere for chilly evenings. Step out onto the balcony to savor your morning coffee and utilize the BBQ grill for lunch or dinner. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparations a breeze, featuring a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all the essential cookware and dinnerware you might need. The adjacent dining area will seat up to 6 guests at the table and chairs.
The primary bedroom offers a plush king-sized bed, flat screen smart tv and full en-suite bathroom complete with dual vanities and shower enclosure. The second bedroom offers additional bedding options for a number of guests with a queen-sized bed and double/double bunk bed, allowing for a total of 8 guests to enjoy staying here.. The second bathroom is accessible from the main hallway of the condo. This unit also features a washer and dryer in the hallway.
Additional property amenities include a common area outdoor hot tub, dedicated mountain bike storage area, dog washing station for anyone that brings a pet and indoor secure ski locker. Guests may park 1 vehicle in the common area garage and there is overflow parking outside.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Homeowner rules do not permit guests to smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke on or in the property.
